This blend is recommended for those with shorter menstrual cycles of 27 days or less and/ or those experiencing fresh spotting, interim bleeding, or spontaneous heavy bleeding – which are all signs of uterine fatigue.

It can also be helpful post-partum if you are experiencing heavy blood flow and a returning period before 9 months post-partum or if you have a history of short menstrual cycles.

It is also suitable for use by girls 13 or under.

PLEASE NOTE: If this blend is indicated for you it will take precedence over any other blend you might feel is relevant.

ALSO, if you have experienced 2 periods a month in the last 3 months, steaming is contraindicated, so please DO NOT STEAM.

This is the strongest blend of herbs available, increasing blood circulation in the pelvis and acting as a deep cleanse of the entire uterus while supporting vaginal tone and the health of the reproductive organs.

PLEASE NOTE: Strongest doesn't necessarily mean the best. It is dependent on your particular cycle length and current signs and symptoms DO NOT USE THIS BLEND IF YOU HAVE A SHORTER CYCLE.

This blend is specifically for women who have excess vaginal discharge and any infections and/or viruses that accompany it.

The herbs used will help to kill bacteria, yeast and viruses whilst expelling toxins, and getting rid of excess discharge. They will also reduce inflammation so as to restore a healthy and balanced vaginal flora while also having a deodorising effect.

It is also suitable for women with  HPV, STD’s, viruses, irregular pap smears, cervical dysplasia and/or cancer – when accompanied by damp natured vaginal  conditions characterised by excess vaginal discharge.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any of the above and you also have 27 days or less cycle, it is advisable to use both the Purifying Blend and the Soothing Blend. at a 50/50 ratio until the acute symptoms have subsided, then continue with a Soothing Blend only.

ALSO, If you have any of the above conditions but without excess discharge, the Cooling or Cleansing blend would probably be the best choice for you.

This blend is for women who are experiencing signs of excess heat in their bodies, including,  night sweats, vaginal dryness and/or hot flushes.

It is also recommended for women who are experiencing dry vaginal conditions such as infections or viruses that are accompanied by vaginal dryness and/or burning ad itching.

It is also suitable for women who are living in very hot climates.

The herbs in this blend help to nourish, moisturise and cool the body, as well as increasing the circulation of fluids throughout the pelvic region with a tonifying effect on the kidneys.
